Fulfillment Policy
Online orders are fulfilled in the order that they arrive. Once an order is placed our studio will create the print and have it framed or matted according to the order. A custom print may take between one and four weeks to ship depending on how busy the studio is at the time. Please use our contact form to inquire about the specifics of your order. Our goal is to ship your artwork as quickly as possible. Shipping is free for all orders. You will receive a shipping notification once your order leaves our studio.
Refund Policy
Once your order goes into production it cannot be refunded. If your order arrives damaged, arrangements will be made to replace your order free of charge.
